About Me

Tracey Ruel: HI!! I am Tracey Ruel. I am a mom of 3 kids. We have a crazy fun life in Florida!! I recently lost 30lbs by getting back to the basics: eating right and exercising. I began my journey with running and then found my way with Beachbody and lost most of my weight doing Insanity Max 30. I am still on the journey to lose 15lbs more and hope to inspire and have you join along with me!! I'd love to help COACH you to your goals and make you realize that no matter where you are YOU are the best YOU!!
